Bathrobe are free of charge (your room account will be charged with a deposit of € 20.00/per bathrobe, which will be canceled on return). Sauna towels can be found in the wellness bags right in your room. You should use them only in the hotel. We kindly ask you to use the drying facilities in your room in order to minimize the huge masses of laundry. For the sake of our environment!

Additionally, our à la carte restaurant is open daily from 12.00 am to 06.00 pm. The kitchen chef Pierre will spoil you with regional and international delicacies. With the choice of your clothes at mealtimes you add to an unforgettable and lovely holiday ambience for all guests. Our bar at the open fireplace is open daily until midnight.

The entire hotel has free Wi-Fi. Out of respect for all other hotel guests we kindly ask you to turn on silent mode of your electronic devices in public areas. In the restaurant, the hotel bar and the Sana per Aquam wellness parlor the use of all entertainment electronics is not allowed. Further information can be found on site in your room booklet.

Our massage experts are not permanently in the hotel, therefore it is strongly recommended to make an advance reservation at our reception desk. A detailed overview of varied massage treatments and price lists plus current offers can be found directly on the information desk.

The entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel. You are allowed to smoke only on the terraces and balconies of the rooms. All rooms are monitored by a fully automatic fire alarm system. FALSE ALARMS will be forwarded directly to the fire department and charged with € 250. In the event of a fire alarm, please follow the emergency signs posted in the hallway and on the balconies. • 07.30 am – 08.00 pm: swimming pool, relaxation and fitness room
• 4.00 pm – 7.30 pm: sauna parlor incl. light therapy, power showers, Kneipp showers, infrared heat cabin, steam bath, sanarium, Finnish sauna and heat bench

Our sauna parlor is a textile-free area. We ask for your understanding that children under 16 years of age are not allowed to access the saunas. Of course, our swimming pool is always accessible to children if they are accompanied by an adult. If you have not brought your bathrobe changing rooms are available for free in the spa area. Out of respect for all other guests we kindly ask you to enter our Spa in appropriate clothing and not to take food or drink or any electronic devices with you. Access with street shoes is not permitted for hygiene reasons.

On arrival you will get your personal room cards. With this card you can open following doors:

• your room door
• the entrance for our spa center and swimming pool 
• the main entrance door after 09:30 pm
• the door to our garage and the middle garage door (bikers and cyclists)
